Lansdowne hosts most teaching for the Faculty of Health & Social Sciences and BU Business School's postgraduate programmes. It features the Bournemouth Gateway Building with advanced healthcare simulation suites, the Weston Library, accommodations, and the Executive Business Centre.

Portsmouth Midwifery Campus at Lakeside North Harbour is BU's dedicated base for Midwifery students, just two miles from Queen Alexandra Hospital.

Since opening in 2004, more than 1800 student nurses have studied at the Yeovil Nursing Campus, with many working locally in a variety of nursing and health visiting positions.
